Welcome to Samzplace four seasons cottage northern Ontario escape, beautiful 50 ACRES OF PRIVACY and wilderness.

Our cottage is located 300 km north of Toronto, in the Township of Whitestone,a half hour drive from the larger towns of Sundridge, Burk Falls and Parry Sound where you will find many craft shops,museums and the popular Festival of the Sound. Eighty percent of Whitestone is Crown land. There are two provincial parks and several conservation reserves.

The cottage has an access to the Labrash Lake which is a small lake that flows into the Magnetawan River. One portage to the north (cascading waterfalls with a number of deep pools) takes you into La Brash lake, and one portage south takes you to the mighty Magnetawan where one can, if they so desire, travel all the way to Burks Falls or to the shores of Georgian Bay, if they don't mind portages. Summer activities include among other things, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, ATV Riding.

In winter a different world awaits you, snowmobiling, ice fishing, cross country skiing, tobogganing, snow shoeing and skating are all great fun. This is a quiet area surrounded by pristine natural habitat, perfect for a family vacation, a group looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city or anyone who enjoys the outdoors.

The cottage has three floors, each floor has a separate entrance, exceptionally clean and cozy 3 bedrooms with all amenities. Each floor has independent kitchen and washroom.

Weekly $425.00 3-persons $795.00- 6 persons

Daily $40.00 - Mon-Fri/person $55.00 - Sat-Sun/person

Maximum 15 persons, Holiday and long weekends $75.00 extra

Minimum of 2 nights stay. Boat, canoe, kayak extra

50% rent deposit will be required on bookings

A security direct deposit of $250/floor is required.
